You will have the opportunity to attend a Masterclass with Functional Nutritionist and Wellness Coach Lizzie Cooke. The class will enable you to view your health and well-being from a new perspective and uncover which areas you can improve upon to reach your wellness goals. You will also have the chance to book an individual consultation with Lizzie during your time at Camp Pikorua Fitness Retreat. This will give you the opportunity to discuss your food diary, current health concerns and receive personal guidance on nutritional and lifestyle enhancements that you can make in order to move towards vibrant health.
