Camp Pikorua Fitness Retreat Packages are designed to allow each individual the greatest opportunity to attain their goals with each package delivering a core training schedule. From the core sessions within each package, alternative training methods or multiples of the same type of training are added.

Gold Level

The Gold Package is our standard package at Camp Pikorua Fitness Retreat.

Diamond Level

With our Diamond Package you have the added bonus of one to one Personal Training, Massages, Reflexology and Reiki.

Platinum Level

The Platinum Package includes 4 personal training sessions coupled with 4 sports massages and 4 yoga classes on top of the Diamond Package benefits.

Our commitment does not end when your stay at Camp Pikorua Fitness Retreat has finished. We believe it is by working together with us, that you will stand a better chance of maintaining, and improving on, the lifestyle changes you are going to make. For this reason we will give you on-going support in any way we can, old habits do sometimes die hard. That is why we feel that the additional assistance we give you, once you return to your daily lives, will be invaluable to help you maintain your focus on your goals.

Pikorua fitness.

During your stay at Camp Pikorua Fitness Retreat you will you be expected to participate in 6 to 12 hours of exercise a day. This will include a variety of gym work (weights, treadmill, bike), circuits, walking, jogging, running etc. Our aim is to improve your cardio-vascular (CV) fitness as well as your muscle strength and endurance. Although these sessions will be challenging, we know that, with our support, you will give them your all and enjoy pushing yourself. The reward will be the “New you” and surely make all your hard work worth it!

Functional Nutrition.

Functional Nutrition views each person as a unique individual, looking at how food impacts your body at a cellular level and how the functions of the body are interwoven and can be supported with the right nutrition and lifestyle choices. The Masterclass will help to uncover any current or potential blockages to your well-being and give you tools to address common issues that may be preventing you from being at your best.

Sports Massage will help tired aching muscles to recover faster after participating in a sporting activity or any form of exercise. Sports Massage releases stress and tension within muscles and tendons, allowing them to function at their optimum.
